OK, so we have a lot of casting stories today, so we thought we’d bang them all together…

First up Scream Queens’ Brianne Howey (above) has joined Fox’s The Exorcist Pilot as Charlotte: “a former ballet dancer, once the golden child, she has not been the same since her terrible accident. Now depressed and anti-social, she’s closed off and guarded. So much so that her mother has begun to believe she might be influenced by a demon, though the thought would make Charlotte laugh.”

This would seem to imply she’s the possessed character based on Regan, played by Linda Blair inwilliam Friedkin’s The Exorcist.

Michelle-hurd

Next up, Michelle Hurd (above) has joined Season 2 Ash Vs. Evil Dead as the high school sweetheart of Ash Williams.

We know very little else about her or the second season, but we’ll keep you posted…

Also signed on to a new show this week, Beverly Hills 90210’s Luke Perry has joined the Archie Comics series Riverdale at The CW.

Perry will play Archie Andrews’ father in the forthcoming drama: “Usually easygoing, Fred Andrews is the owner of a construction firm who is hoping his son, who worked for him all summer, will someday take over the family business.”

Screening of 'Masters Of Sex'

And finally, Jay Garrick from TheFlash himself, Teddy Sears, has joined the cast of 24: Legacy.

Sears will play Keith Mullins, the new head of the Counter Terrorist Unit. The character is described as an ambitious and driven former second-in-command who has recently replaced Rebecca Ingram (series lead Miranda Otto) in the post.

So there you have it, folks…
