The BBC have just dropped the trailer for their upcoming Dracula miniseries and it looks like a lot of fun… dark, bloody fun.
The series is being developed by Sherlock and Doctor Who’s Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss who both say that Dracula is the hero of the story but very much the bad guy.
This retelling of the classic story follows Dracula from his origins in Eastern Europe to his battles with Van Helsing’s descendent and beyond.
From the makers of Sherlock, Claes Bang stars as Dracula in this brand new mini-series inspired by Bram Stoker’s classic novel.

Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
