The final trailer for the highly anticipated Alien: Earth TV series is here and it looks great!
The show is written and directed by Noah Hawley (Fargo, Legion) and is a prequel to the original 1979 Alien film.
When the mysterious deep space research vessel USCSS Maginot crash-lands on Earth, “Wendy” (Sydney Chandler) and a ragtag group of tactical soldiers make a fateful discovery that puts them face-to-face with the planet’s greatest threat.

Alien: Earth is set in 2120, well after Prometheus which took place in 2093 and two years before the events of Alien.
The show also stars Alex Lawther, Timothy Olyphant, Essie Davis, Samuel Blenkin, Babou Ceesay, David Rysdahl, Adrian Edmondson, Adarsh Gourav, Jonathan Ajayi, Erana James, Lily Newmark, Diem Camille and Moe Bar-El.

Alien: Earth crashes onto FX on Hulu and Disney+ on August 25th.
