We all know that Lucasfilm’s Forces of Destiny series is focused on the ladies of Star Wars and now the latest lady, Qi’ra, played in Solo: A Star Wars Story by Game of Thrones’ Emilia Clarke, gets her own episode starring Olivia Hack in the title role.
The episode presumably takes place during the movie and also features Hondo and IG-88… but if you haven’t seen the movie yet i would avoid watching it as it reveals something about the plot.
Star Wars Forces of Destiny is for anyone who has been inspired by Leia’s heroism, Rey’s courage, or Ahsoka’s tenacity,” said Kathleen Kennedy, President of Lucasfilm. “We’re thrilled that so many of the original actors are reprising their roles in these shorts which capture the small moments and everyday decisions that shape who these characters are. It is a fun new way for people to experience Star Wars.
Hey! I play Qi’ra in the new #StarWars Forces of Destiny short! Hope you all go see #SoloAStarWarsStory this weekend and love it! So thrilled I got to voice this character! #YouTube pic.twitter.com/r5S2gPFFFp
