Well, it looks like the whole ‘Batman won’t be on Titans thing just went out the window as we shape up for next week’s season one finale which sees Dick Grayson going up against… Batman!
Now, given the violence and deaths in the trailer, we’re going to go out on a limb and guess this will be a fear toxin or dream or something along those lines… but it looks awesome and we couldn’t be more excited!

As predicted, it is a dream of sorts, here’s the official synopsis:
“In the season finale, Trigon’s powers send Dick into a dreamscape that begins with him living a happy domestic life, but soon takes him into a dark journey back to Gotham.”

The series stars Brenton Thwaites as Richard “Dick” Grayson / Robin, Anna Diop as Koriand’r / Starfire, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth / Raven, and Ryan Potter as Garfield “Gar” Logan / Beast Boy.
Titans follows young heroes from across the DC Universe as they come of age and find belonging in a gritty take on the classic Teen Titans franchise. Dick Grayson and Rachel Roth, a special young girl possessed by a strange darkness, get embroiled in a conspiracy that could bring Hell on Earth. Joining them along the way are the hot-headed Starfire and loveable Beast Boy. Together they become a surrogate family and team of heroes.
Titans premieres Friday, October 12 on the DC Universe.
