Although we thought for a long time there wouldn’t be a follow-up to last year’s Wayward Pines, it’s now only ten days away…

The series will return for its second season on Wednesday, May  25th on FOX and now we have three new teasers for the show’s return.

Last season Wayward Pines ended on a pretty epic twist/cliffhanger, so it will most likely be a very different second season.

Are you excited for the show’s return? Let us know your thoughts…

Imagine the perfect American town, beautiful homes, manicured lawns, children playing safely in the streets… Now imagine never being able to leave. You have no communication with the outside world. You think you’re going insane. You must be in Wayward Pines.

FOX has renewed hit psychological thriller WAYWARD PINES for a second season. 10 all-new episodes of the suspenseful drama are set to air in Summer 2016. From M. Night Shyamalan (“The Sixth Sense,” “The Visit”) and based on Blake Crouch’s international best-selling series of books, the second season will pick up in the wake of Season 1, when a new arrival in Wayward Pines finds himself in the middle of a serious rebellion, as the residents battle over how to preserve the endangered human race.

WAYWARD PINES is a production of FX Productions. The series was developed for television by Chad Hodge (“The Playboy Club,” “Runaway”) and executive-produced by Donald De Line (“Green Lantern,” “The Italian Job”), Ashwin Rajan (“After Earth,” “Devil”), Hodge and Shyamalan.

Hodge wrote and Shyamalan directed the premiere episode.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
