One of the longest running ‘is he/isn’t he’ debates in the DC Cinematic Universe is the Tyrese Gisbon wants to be Green Lantern John Stewart one.
Gibson has been campaigning for the gig for a long time now (here) and he’s at it again.
The Fast & Furious and Transformers star posted the image of Stewart (below) on his Instagram with the words: “It’s time”.
But what does that mean?
Well, it could mean a couple of things. Firstly, it could mean that Gibson is once again putting his name in the ring for the Green Lantern Corp movie.
It could also mean that Gibson is excited to play as Stewart in the upcoming Injustice 2 which lands later this week.
Or it could just be Gibson having some fun, getting the fans riled up and reminding Warner Bros that he’s a name many would like to see playing the role of Stewart.
