Samuel L Jackson and Clark Gregg talk Captain Marvel PLUS The trailer is coming on Tuesday

Who wants some new details on Captain Marvel? How about news that the trailer is likely only three days away?

We got ya.

The stars of the movie have been talking about their roles in the latest MCU epic and it seems that Brie Larson has had to deal with the duality of Carol Danvers AKA Captain Marvel’s human/Kree make-up: “You have this Kree part of her that’s unemotional, that is an amazing fighter and competitive. Then there’s this human part of her that is flawed but is also the thing that she ends up leading by. It’s the thing that gets her in trouble, but it’s also the thing that makes her great. And those two sides warring against each other is what makes her her.”

One of the most exciting elements of the movie, personally, is seeing Samuel L Jackson returning as Nick Fury only much younger and two-eyed: “This is a mind-changing, attitude-changing moment for him that leads him to become the person that we know,” says Jackson.

“He [Fury] understands that there are these other things out there. He understands that they’re not all enemies, and we do need to find allies who have specific kinds of skills that humans don’t have. And trying to convince people above him is a difficult task because they haven’t seen it or experienced it.”

Clark Gregg also makes his MCU movie return as Agent Coulson, again younger since the movie is set in the 90s. Coulson died in Avengers and went on to have his own Agents of SHIELD series after being brought back to life by Fury, however, this is the first time we’ve seen him on the big screen since Loki drove a spear through his back.

Apparently Coulson wil be a big fan of MC Hammer: “The genie pants don’t really go with the Armani” says Gregg

We hope that’s a joke.

It’s all great reading these things but when can we get our first look at the movie itself?

Well, Brie Larson wil be on Good Morning America this Tuesday 18th September and the trailer will be with her.

See you all Tuesday right here!

Captain Marvel opens in cinemas on March 8th 2019
