Many Silent Hill fans have been on edge for a while now as whenever a new game in the series looks like it’s about to get worked on something happens and it always seems to get cancelled. Well, by the looks of things Kojima Productions may have shed some cryptic light on the matter.
With Kojima potentially looking at a new Silent Hill project he has also been joined by the series monster designer Masahiro. A recent tweet from Kojima Productions means that this may now be “silent” for much longer.
Sorry to be silent everyone! I’ve been really busy lately…..I think i can say more soon about what we are going to…..#KojimaProductions https://t.co/Vr0qPj3DwV pic.twitter.com/BiweDgGC4v

Now, if this still isn’t enough proof for you, if you look closely enough, the notepad that Aki Saito (Kojima Productions head of communications) is writing on has the Pyramid symbol, one of the most iconic things about the Silent Hill series, and well if that isn’t enough for you then check this out:
Pyramid Head, R.I.P.

Now if that isn’t something, coming from the monster creator himself, then I don’t know what is.
On top of all this, there is currently word that Sony are working something out with Kojima Productions to possibly bring Silent Hill onto their next gen console, the PS5.
Even if this is all rumor right now, you can’t deny that it sounds like something big is happening, possibly even bigger than Pyramid Head himself, and that I can’t wait for.
Stay tuned for more news and like always, stay nerdy folks.
