You know that when you have a problem with a virus the main thing you need… is a Doctor.
Current Doctor (who) Jodie Whittaker has taken to Twitter to help those struggling with the global lockdown over that damned virus and give some advice to see them stay sane and come out the other end.
So, what advice has the world’s favourite time-travelling genius got for us all?
Well, the main meat and potatoes is:
“One, remember, you will get through this and things will be alright, even if they look uncertain. Even if you’re worried, darkness never prevails.
“Two, tell jokes, even bad ones. Especially bad ones. I am brilliant at bad ones!
“Three. Be kind. Even kinder than you were yesterday. And I know you were super-kind yesterday!
“Four – listen to science. And listen to Doctors. Right? They’ve got your back.
“Five – stay strong, stay positive. You’ve got this. And I will see you very soon.”
Love or loathe new Who, this is solid advice and something we should all listen to…
