DC Comics Line-Up Gets Overhaul After Convergence

DC Comics is once again changing things up, after four years under the moniker “The New 52”, a change that affected numerous books and continuity of the universe at large, another big change is coming after the upcoming event Convergence.

Though the how and the why may not be explained yet, we can confirm that once Convergence ends, there will be 24 new titles coming to the DC roster, while only 25 titles from the pre-Convergence line-up will remain fully in tact.

Here is the full list of new titles coming, complete with writers and artists:

There are several very interesting new titles coming in, some might have you questioning which version of the character we’re going to get, like Dr. Fate, Bizarro, Batman Beyond, Bat-Mite, and more. But also, it’s good to see some key characters who had big boosts in the New 52 get their own titles, like Cyborg and Black Canary. Hopefully we’ll be able to shed light on these new books soon.

You’ll notice some changes in the line-up from pre-Convergence issues of these titles. Cullen Bunn is taking over Aquaman, Geoff Johns is leaving Superman, and more.

Also, we got news on the Free Comic Book Day issue that DC will be releasing. In it, we’ll see previews of Batman, Justice League, and Superman.
