Dublin International Comics Expo (D.!.C.E.)  is Ireland’s premier comic book convention and the second one was held on the 28th and 29th of September, 2013, in an amazing venue, Dundrum Town Centre, one of the biggest shopping complexes in Europe.

It is the brainchild of John Hendrick, is the owner and proprietor of The Big Bang comic book store, a family friendly store that focuses on providing their customers with the best possible range of all things geek. From out of print rarities to the latest line of action figures that won’t hit the mass market for months.

Jay says that he is a writer, martial artist, sketcher, and dreamer but mostly just a husband and father. Since getting married to the wonderful and patient woman of his dreams, and becoming a father (of two young boys), he has fallen into the category of 'lapsed nerd' as he is a former RPer, Live Role-Player, and comic book junkie.
