December 6th, 2017 by Irwin Fletcher Comments

Comic books have been doing well entertaining many people around the world for decades. This is thanks to the dedicated authors and publishers. Fans are being spoiled with cool comic books all year round. With a variety of comic books released in 2017 it really difficult to choose which ones are the best. We look at some the top comic books, stories that stole our attention.

Batman: I Am Suicide

Batman comics are always intriguing to read and many Batman fans would agree with me on this one. The authors Tom King, Mikel Janin, June Chung and Mitch Gerads are continuing to give his fans something to smile about with the Batman series. The comic book is published By DC Comics.

Batman has always been awesome but it keeps getting better all the time. Even iGaming providers like Microgaming have already created online casino games based on Batman. The creativity of the I Am Suicide spoils readers with a fascinating story. In an attempt to rescue Psycho-Pirate and save Gotham, the city he loves, Batman is supposed to recruit a team including Nightwing, Batwoman and more to break into one of the most secure maximum security prisons in the world and steal from one of the Dark Knight’s greatest enemy. Also, the Batman in this series fights against tough enemies who have stolen something from Gotham.

Star Wars: Doctor Aphra

This is one cool and intriguing comic released in 2017. The Star Wars series has gone from strength to strength after acquisition by Disney and Doctor Aphra is a testament to that. Not that the several casinos online should be taken lightly. It is written by Kieron Gillen and the penciller was Kev Walker.

Star Wars: Doctor Aphra covers between Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope and Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back. The comic is based on Doctor Aphra who has escaped with her life in difficult circumstances. If Darth Vader realizes her survival, he will chase after her to the ends of the galaxy. Meanwhile, she is also in search of rare artefacts of the Outer Rim.
