According to Deadline FOX is looking to bring 24 back as a limited series, and Kiefer Sutherland is in talks to reprise his role as Jack Bauer.
They add that “the idea is to start from scratch with a new story arc that will likely be supervised by former 24 show runner Howard Gordon’. This sounds Awesome!
Since the series ended its eight season run in 2010, with an unsatisfying ending, they’ve been trying to get a big screen movie into production. It looked like it was getting pretty close a couple of times, but it never made it into production though.
