Following the official season 3 poster that dropped earlier in the week, The CW has released another new Arrow poster, this time Ollie stands alone.
The first season three episode is titled “The Calm” and is described as follows:
In the aftermath of this victory, Season Three opens with Arrow now a hero to the citizens of Starling. Crime is down, people feel safer, and Captain Lance even calls off the Anti-Vigilante Task Force. Basking in his success, Oliver believes he can finally have a private life and asks Felicity out on a date. But the second Oliver takes his eye off the ball, a deadly villain reappears in Starling, forcing Oliver to realize that he can never be Oliver Queen – not as long as the city needs The Arrow.
Also ABC and Marvel Entertainment have just released the official poster for the upcoming Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season two.
The poster includes Clark Gregg’s Phil Coulson, along with Ming-Na Wen’s Melinda May, Brett Dalton’s Grant Ward, Chloe Bennet’s Skye, Iain De Caestecker’s Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge’s Simmons, and new addition Nick Blood’s Lance Hunter.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season two will premiere on September 23rd. Arrow season three will premiere on October 8th.
