Ever since we’ve seen the teaser image of Cassidy Alexa’s character in Arrow, fans have been wondering whether we’ll be seeing more of Harley. Now we have a better look at Harley Quinn who was played by Alexa and voiced by Tara Strong on the “Suicide Squad” episode.
