After confirming her involvement in Star Wars: Episode VII back in November, only for her publicit to later claim the comment was “tongue-in-cheek”, Carrie Fisher has again commented on her likely appearance in the next adventure in a Galaxy Far, Far Away.
Speaking to fans at the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo, the actress said: “I like being bought by Disney, because they never wanted to buy me before.”
According to the Calgary Herald, Fisher told the crowd: “I’m glad they are doing a new movie because they are sending a trainer to my house so I can get in really good shape. So I’m really eating a lot of sugar in advance, as you can see. By the time I really get down to it I will have eaten everything.”
So there you have it. More proof that the Big Three will likely return. Just get a move on Disney and officially confirm it.
