May 12th, 2014 by Marc Comments

Batman Vs Superman director Zack Snyder has just Tweeted (@ZackSnyder) the image below of the Batmobile from the upcoming movie and hints that we may get a full reveal tomorrow…

We love what we see, it’s a great shape and looks like a return to the more traditional Batmobiles… we loved the Tumbler but, personally, I missed the sexy, sleek car from the comics. and this looks like a bit from both…

Let us know what you think, guys…

Batman vs. Superman (or whatever) was scripted by David S. Goyer from a story he co-created with Zack Snyder, with rewrites by Chris Terrio. Snyder is directing. Man of Steel’s Henry Cavill will reprise his role as Superman in the film, Ben Affleck is Bruce Wayne/Batman, Gal Gadot is Wonder Woman, Jesse Eisenberg is Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons is Alfred Pennyworth and Ray Fisher is Victor Stone/Cyborg. Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane will also reprise their roles in the sequel. Holly Hunter, Callan Mulvey and Tao Okamoto have unknown roles.

It is scheduled to hit theaters on May 6th, 2016.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
