Get ready for the new daily show

The Munsters headed for small screen return

August 14th, 2017 by Marc Comments

NBC is planning on reviving The Munsters.

According to Deadline, Jill Kargman and Seth Meyers are working on a modern take of the classic comedy which will, this time, be situated in Brooklyn.

A previous attempt was made to bring the famous family into the 21st Century. Mockingbird Lane was directed by Bryan Singer and starred Eddie Izzard but it ended up as a Halloween special back in 2002.

The most famous incarnation of the show first aired in the 1960s and starred Fred Gwynn as Herman Munster.

More as we get it.

He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
