The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journeyhas released a brand new deleted scene, as well as announcing a few new details about the upcoming extended release. The digital edition is coming out on October 22nd, and the Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray, and DVD follows on November 5th.
The new cut of the film will be 13 minutes longer, with the package also containing nearly nine hours of extra features.
Meanwhile, the new clip features Bilbo meeting Elrond at Rivendell, a scene that will be restored to the longer edition of the film.
