Microsoft are the first big console firm to kick off the biggest day of E3, with main rivals Sony following much later tonight. Games expected to appear include , Rise of the Tomb Raider and Halo 5: Guardians gameplay, Forza Motorsport 6, Gears of War and rumour has it Battletoads, though that rumour appears to have been founded on a Microsoft guy wearing a Battletoads T-Shirt so I’m a bit sceptical!
There will definitely be a bit about how Windows 10 will be good for gamers which will probably draw all new levels of snark from the twitter media.
What I’m really hoping for is a closer look at their Holo lens technology and more on how their partnership with the Oculus Rift team is going to affect how we game. That’s the real big gun they have and I hope they use it well.
