Warning: Spoilers for the mid-season finale of The Walking Dead.
So given that David Morrissey not only made a return as The Governor once already , but got impaled through the chest via katana courtesy of Michonne in the mid-season finale as well, it would seem unlikely for that we would see him again.Although we don’t actually see him get shot, the chest wound and sheer amount of walkers has got to mean bye bye Governor right?
Well maybe not.
In an interview with Press Association (via Zap2It), Morrissey said:
“I feel like a shady politician where I can’t confirm and I can’t deny anything. Certainly, bad things befell him at the end of the last episode but we just have to wait and see.”
There has been instances of characters reappearing as hallucinations. Maybe it will be a prequel episode? Or maybe he’s a walker?
