Jeremy Irons – Bruce Wayne’s loyal butler Alfred Pennyworth in the upcoming Batman V Superrman: Dawn of Justice – has been asked for his thoughts on the new movie.
Speaking at the Lucca Film Festival, Irons said “The next Batman has an amazing screenplay,” going on to say “It’s a blockbuster written from the heart.” Of course we weren’t expecting a star of the movie to bad mouth it, but Irons seems confident that this will be a project that lives up to the hype.
Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice will hit theatres on March 25th, 2016, starring Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jesse Eisenbeg as Lex Luthor and Jason Momoa as Aquaman.
