Oh man, the cast of Black Panther is getting to a point where the movie will be utterly unmissable!
Way of the Samurai and Rogue One star Forest Whitaker has joined the cast along with Daniel Kaluuya, Winston Duke, and Florence Kasumba
Whitaker will play the role of Zuri, an elder stateman in Wakanda.
Kasumba will reprise her Captain America: Civil War role as Ayo, a member of the Dora Milaje. Black Mirror and Skins star Kaluuya will play T’Challa confidant W’Kabi. And Person of Interest’s Duke will appear as M’Baku, leader of a rival tribe in Wakanda and future villain Man-Ape.
The film, directed by Creed helmer Ryan Coogler, will star Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Danai Gurira, and Lupita Nyong’o. Boseman will play T’Challa, the prince of the African nation of Wakanda, who must take over the mantel after his father’s murder as seen in Captain america: Civil War.
Black Panther will be in theaters on February 16, 2018.
