The official Predator Facebook page has revealed the picture above and there’s rumblings that, apart from being a cool image, it may hold a secret of sorts.

We’ve been following the development of the new Predator movie under the guiding eye of Shane Black for a while now and it seems the image, which says ‘you’ll never see him coming’ holds the title of the new movie too… The Predator.

Of course, this is all just speculation but we really like the title – if it IS true, that is.

The movie is the fourth Predator movie (not including the two Alien Vs Predator movies) and is an expected sequel and also a soft reboot. It will be written and directed by Iron Man 3’s Shane Black who, interestingly, also starred in the very first movie in the franchise as Poncho – amendment, he played Hawkins. Our bad.

What goes around, comes around, huh?

Anyway, if it bleeds we can kill it.

UPDATED:

Collider reached out to Black who confirmed that, unless there’s a better idea, the movie is called The Predator
