First image and cast list from Batman: Hush, the animated movie

March 27th, 2019 by Marc Comments

We have our first look at the upcoming Batman: Hush animated movie as well as the cast list.

The image (below) has Batman being all heroic looking as he (presumably) fights Hush, the latest big bad in Gotham.

The movie will adapt Jeph Loeb’s iconic story which sees Batman fighting his rogues gallery on his way to discover who exactly new villain Hush is and what he wants.

The cast of characters reveals that the movie, as expected, is officially part of the DC Animated universe that kicked of with Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox and is up as far as Reign of the Supermen Part One as it features Damien Wayne who was not part of the DC Universe in the comics when the original story was written.

Here’s the main line-up:

Bruce Wayne – Jason O’Mara
Selina Kyle – Jennifer Morrison
Superman – Jerry O’Connell
Lois Lane – Rebecca Romijn
Lex Luthor – Rainn Wilson
Nightwing – Sean Maher
Bruce Thomas – Jim Gordon
Damian Wayne – Stuart Allan
Alfred – James Garnett
Riddler – Geoffrey Arend
Amanda Waller – Vanessa Williams
Joker – Jason Spisak
Bane – Adam Gifford
Lady Shiva – Dachie Alessio
Batgirl & Poison Ivy — Peyton List
Reporter – Tara Strong

It’s shaping up nicely and we can live with the story being updated to fit in the new continuity.
