Well, we’ve known it’s been coming for a while now… and here’s our first look at the Griswolds from the new Vacation movie.
The picture features Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo as Clark and Beverly, the characters we know and love form the five previous Vacation movies with Ed Helms as the grown up Rusty and Christina Applegate as his wife.
The movie will also star Chris Hemsworth, Leslie Mann, and Charlie Day. We’re still not sure what to make of all this, but it can’t be any worse than Vegas Vacation… can it?
Clark’s son Rusty (Helms) decides to take his wife (Applegate) and kids on a cross country trip to the family’s favorite stomping grounds, Wally World. Along the way, Rusty meets up with his sister Audrey (Mann), her husband (Hemsworth), and their parents Clark and Ellen (Chase and Beverly D’Angelo).
Vacation is expected to start on July 31st, 2015
