We’ve known for a while that Elizabeth Banks had joined the Power Rangers movie as villain Rita Repulsa and now we have our first look.
People Magazine has revealed the first look at the role Models actress as the bad guy of the new movie and we think she looks pretty damned good… although not much like the original character (pictured below – played in Japanese-made footage by Machiko Soga, and voiced in the Power Rangers dub by Barbara Goodson).
“It’s definitely a modern and edgy re-imagining of the original Rita Repulsa,” Banks tells People.
