Has The Flash cameo for Batman V Superman already been filmed?

June 22nd, 2014 by Marc Comments

Has the Flash scene for Batman V Superman been filmed already? Reports are coming in that yes, he’s in it but if you blink you’ll miss it…

The guys at Daily Superhero have a full report: “The scene is a robbery and security cameras inside the store were used for the scene. During the convenient store robbery a sudden “flash of wind” is seen in the security camera footage and revealed to me as being a cameo tease for the Flash.”

The site’s insider says he was assured it’s not Superman  but Barry Allen AKA The Flash and the scene will appear at some point in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.

BatmanNews reported that a scene was filmed on May 15th in the convenience store pictured below: “City Manager Linda Voll said that Lakepoint Market in Keego Harbor, MI was selected for the scene. The store was prepped on May 14th and the scene was shot on the morning of May 15th. To keep things quiet, only a select number of people knew about the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice filming. “We had a couple extra (police) officers over that way to keep traffic moving and for crowd control,” Voll said. “I didn’t even tell the police until I needed them.”

This could be a clever way of having the character in the movie without having cast anyone yet… Grant Gustin, anyone?

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice”is written by Chris Terrio, from a screenplay by David S. Goyer. Charles Roven and Deborah Snyder are producing, with Benjamin Melniker, Michael E. Uslan, Wesley Coller, David S. Goyer and Geoff Johns serving as executive producers.

Principal photography will take place on location at Michigan Motion Picture Studios and on location in and around Detroit, Michigan; Illinois; Africa; and the South Pacific.

Set to open worldwide on May 6, 2016
