We’ve been told that X-Men Apocalypse was going to be a transition movie in terms of the cast. As many of the First Class crew would have their stories “complete” by the end of the film. This was added upon with the casting of Scott Summers, Jean Grey, and Ororo Monroe.

Now…another true classic X-Men is getting their TRUE X-Men debut. the lady of fireworks herself, Jubilee. Which Bryan Singer posted about on his Instagram.

Jubilee is a fan-favorite character ever since her focus in the 90’s X-Men animated series. She has gone on to have numerous big storylines in the X-Men comics. Including being a part of the all-female version of the team.

Fans will note that Jubilee did turn up in the original trilogy…but that was a cameo at best. In fact one of her scenes didn’t even make the main film. So for her to be put in a spotlight position for Apocalypse? Hopefully I mean…it’s pretty epic. Let’s hope Lana Condor will bring the fire and spunk we know Jubilee can have.
