Yes! And so it begins…
We’ve been pondering for a while now if we’ll be seeing the original Ghostbusters team in the Jason Reitman movie set for release next year and if this news is anything to go by, we just might.
The latest issue of Production Weekly via the Michigan Ghostbusters on Facebook (below) seems to be telling that Dana Barrett AKA the one and only Sigourney Weaver is back for the new movie.

The notice has it that the movie has done some filming on Washington Blv and our all-time biggest cinematic crush, Sigourney Weaver was there filming.
Now, this reveals little about the movie, but it does seem to confirm that the movie will at least feature some of the original cast and Dana is back, we’re willing to bet that Vankman won’t be too far behind.
