With the countdown officially on, we’re getting more and more details and pics from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Today’s images come from Heroic Hollywood, which has released not one but two promo images for the upcoming flick. See them below.
Now you may be thinking, “Boy, those pics look familiar!” And they are, in fact, these promo pics are actually BVS versions of classic Batman and Superman fights. For example, the one just above this text is a pose from the Hush comic arc in Batman, where Poison Ivy controls Superman, and Batman is forced to fight him.
And here’s the other one!
Now, it make look like DC is just rehashing old material, but I don’t think that’s the case. This movie is a buildup of over 75 years of character history in regards to Batman and Superman. So to me, the crew at DC and BVS are showing that this isn’t going to be just a movie about a fight, but a celebration of these two characters.
So, who will win this epic fight? We’ll find out when Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice releases next year.
