No post-credits scene for Wonder Woman PLUS a new awesome poster!

May 22nd, 2017 by Marc Comments

Before we get into it, check out the awesome new IMAX Wonder Woman poster… ho great is that image??!

Anyway, if, like us all at FTN, you’re excited for a post-credits scene in Wonder Woman, don’t. Because it’s not going to happen… which is a shame because we were sure we’d see Diana and Bruce Wayne building up to the Justice League movie.

Anyway, explaining why this is the case, Wonder Woman producer Charles Roven said that, even thought Suicide Squad had one, it’s not always in the plan: “I’m not going to say we’d never do one. … There was one in Suicide Squad.

“But I don’t think that we want to feel that we’re forced to do something just because we did in the past.”

While Marvel kind of own the ‘post credit scene’, it would have been great to see DC doing the same because it’s always exciting to see what the movie will give us after the main story…

Or is that just us? Let us know your thoughts.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
