You may recall only a few days ago we revealed that the Flashpoint movie had its directors signed up in the form of writer/directors John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein and then had to report that they had in fact made it clear they weren’t signed up yet (here).
Well it seems that he guys behind Horrible Bosses and Game Night are now officially on board with directing DC/Warners Flashpoint:

It’s awesome that the Flashpoint movie is finally happening, but we’re wondering (not for the first time) if, with all the talk of Affleck leaving the Batman role and the DC movies now exploring a multiverse with a standalone Joker movie now in the works, this movie will be left to explain why all these things, if they happen, have come to do so.
Whatever happens, it will be exciting to finally get a Flash movie on the big screen.
