It looks like Sir Patrick Stewart will be plenty busy for the next while with his involvement in classic TV show reboots.
The actor is of course bringing back Jean-Luc Picard for a new Star Trek series (here) and now it seems he’s set to be Bosley in the new Charlie’s Angels movie.
Or at least one of them.
The movie, starring Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska as the titular Angels, a group of crimefighters working for their mysterious boss, Charlie Townsend will be directed by Elizabeth Banks.
Banks also co-wrote the movie and will appear as, em, Bosely.
Wut?
Well, while we’re not sure why exactly, the movie will allegedly feature several Bosley’s.
Bosely was Charlie’s contact with the Angels, given them their various assignments etc.
In the previous two movies Bosley was played by Bill Murray and then Bernie Mac, so it’s likely the idea of Bosley being some sort of code name or assigned name will arise in the movie.
