Firstly, we LOVED Wonder Woman… just thought we would get that out of the way first.
Next, we know back in July it was revealed that director Patty Jenkins was working on the script to the Wonder Woman sequel (here) and then it was pretty much certain that she was also directing (here). but now it’s officially official.
Jenkins has closed a deal to come back for the Warner Bros/DC Sequel.
Good news, indeed!
And it looks like she’s set to be the highest paid female director in the world with a pay cheque of around $8m to write, direct and produce, with a deal that will get her more from the ‘backend of the box office grosses too’.
That’s all we have for now… but it’s more than enough to make our evening!
Wonder Woman will get her sequel on December 13th, 2019
