Well, it’s the return of the picture round-up, our semi regular series that highlights the best images floating around the Nerdverse and will save you going on a mission to find them. That’s what we do, relax 🙂

First up, some new images have hit from James Mangold’s Wolverine starring on Hugh Jackman as the Marvel X-Men character. They aren’t showing much that we have already seen in the underwhelming trailers, but here you go…

Next up, Michael Bay’s upcoming gentle drama, oh wait, testosterone laced action drama (based on a true story?! -ed) Pain And Gain starring Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne Johnson…

Next up, Brad Pitt surveys the damage as the world succumbs to the undead in the new IMAX one sheet below for World War Z… save us Brad!

Gareth Evans, director of The Raid has tweeted a blood-soaked first look from the sequel called, em, The Raid 2. He warns it’s not for the faint hearted, but it’s not THAT bad… honest…

And finally, here’s a new international poster for Iron Man 3. It never ceases to amaze us how Marvel can get these posters so, well, wrong. Photoshop nightmare? Not quite, but come on guys! Enough with the montages already…

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
