Yep, it’s the Griswolds!
The reboot of the classic series has begun filming Georgia. Here’s the official synopsis of the film, via Coming Soon:
“Following in his father’s footsteps and hoping for some much-needed family bonding, a grown-up Rusty Griswold (Helms) surprises his wife, Debbie (Applegate), and their two sons with a cross-country trip back to America�s “favorite family fun park,” Walley World.”
Yep, what could possibly go wrong?
But that’s not all who’ll appear in the movie…
“Rounding out the cast are Leslie Mann (This Is 40) as Audrey(thanks BD), Chris Hemsworth (Thor) in the role of Stone Crandall, Rusty’s irritatingly successful brother-in-law; Charlie Day (Horrible Bosses), who plays a river rafting guide; and Skyler Gisondo (Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb) and Steele Stebbins (A Haunted House 2), who play Rusty’s sons, James and Kevin. Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo reprise their roles as Clark and Ellen Griswold from the classic Vacation comedies.”
Another day, another Griswold adventure. Let’s see what happens shall we?
