It looks like Robert E. Howard and Roy Thomas’ Red Sonja may finally be heading to the big screen…
Nu Image/Millennium Films have hired Christopher Cosmos to write a new script for the red-headed warrior from the creator of Conan.
The character was pretty popular in the 1970s thanks to the Marvel comics and at one time Rose MacGowan was tipped to star in the movie with Robert Rodriquez in the director’s seat.
However, at this stage there’s no word on a director or star in the new imagining of the character.
