Warner Brothers have hired TV ad director Nic Mathieu to handle the anime adaptation.
The story is set in the future whan mankind has developed massive robots based on techology from a crashed alien ship. These robots are used to defend the world from various alien races, including the creators of the original downed ship.
Akiva Goldsman, Tobey Maguire, Matthew Plouffe, Joby Harold and Tory Tunnell are set to produce. So far this is all that’s known about the project.
