We saw clips of Wonder Woman in what is clearly a fight in the Batman V Superman second trailer (below) and, if this rumour is true, we might just know who it was against…

SPOILER WARNING FOLKS

SERIOUSLY

Heroic Hollywood are reporting that Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman will come face-to-face with Doomsday!

Now, older rumours have suggested that Doomsday may in fact be a resurrected Zod this time out and therefore it might make sense that Wonder Woman fights him rather than the version of the character who kills Superman… although we don’t know what the full story will be in the movie.

Anyway, the site reports: “During the fight with Doomsday, Wonder Woman draws that awesome sword of hers, swings it at Doomsday and manages to chop off the hand of the beast!

“Wonder Woman is badass and got skills but don’t count Doomsday out! He is still in the fight! Complications ensue because a BONE BLADE grows back where Doomsday’s hand used to be! In screenwriting that’s called a reversal. Now Doomsday got a blade of his own.”

Given what we’ve seen and heard so far, we reckon there could be fire where there’s smoke here.

What do you guys think of Wonder Woman fighting Doomsday? Excited? Well, we sure are…
