Avengers 2 is just over 5 weeks away. No doubt it’ll be a box office smash. Which immediately will have us thinking about Avengers 3.
Joss Whedon has stated that he won’t direct the third part of the Avengers saga. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait long to see who filled his shoes. Reports confirm that the Russo brothers, who made the amazing Winter Soldier and the upcoming Civil War, will direct the two part epic.
Infinity War will most likely be the conclusion to the first true story of the Avengers, as it’ll deal with Thanos getting all the infinity gems and the Infinity Gauntlet, and most likely wreaking havoc across the galaxy.
This is a key storyline in Avengers history in the comics. So…no pressure Russo’s!
