Ryan Reynolds releases first image from Deadpool 2

Remember in the first Deadpool movie when he turned up outside Xavier’s mansion and complained about Colossus and Negasonic that: “Yeah, it’s me, Deadpool, and I got an offer that you can’t refuse. I’m gonna wait out here, okay? It’s a big house. It’s funny that I only ever see two of you. It’s almost like the studio couldn’t afford another X-Man.”

Well, filming on the sequel is now underway and guess where he’s going first? Yup, back to the mansion.

Star Ryan Reynolds shared the image below to celebrate the official start of the sequel filming with his usual funny – but NSFW – message.

We have a feeling that this time Deadpool might find a few more mutants at the mansion tho time, having proved he’s worth spending an extra few dollars on, given how big the first movie was.

Check out the image below.

Reynolds returns as Deadpool alongside Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Brianna Hildebrand, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni, and Stefan Kapičić are all expected to reprise their roles from the first installment while Josh Brolin, Zazie Beetz, Jack Kesy, and Shioli Kutsuna.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
