SDCC 2017: Check out the costumes from Justice League

July 19th, 2017 by Marc Comments

And so it begins… here’s the first real post from San Diego Comic Con 2017 even though it doesn’t really start until this weekend.

The guys at ComicBook.com have managed to snap images from the Justice League display at the Con which features the costumes of Batman (in the technical suit), Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Flash and Cyborg and oh my, but they look great.

We love that Wonder Woman’s outfit has not really changed in any of her appearances in JL, Batman V Superman or Wonder Woman; superhero movies tend to enjoy changing the heroes’  costumes in between movies but Warners/DC seem to have knocked that not he head here.

Yes, we know Aquaman has a different outfit but as far as we can see it’s either in or out of armour and Batman, as with the armour he used to fight Superman in BvS, seems to be wearing his regular costume beneath – again, given that Batman is just a man under the suit, it makes sense that he as costumes that have different purposes.

Anyway, checkout the suits below and let us know what you think…

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
