We’re all only a week away from the release of Captain America: Civil War and, unquestionably, one of the most exciting aspects of the film is that we will get to see a new Spider-Man on screen for the first time under the control of Marvel Studios.

With all of this in mind, once we see Tom Holland’s take on the character, all attention will be turning to his first solo film, Homecoming. Marvel seems to be aware of this and has been making a series of casting announcements for the film.

The most recent additions to the cast are Laura Harrier (One Life to Live) and Tony Revolori (The Grand Budapest Hotel). However, much like the rest of the casting announcements, we still do not know who either of these actors are playing.

Overall, there is not a lot I can say about Laura Harrier, as I have not seen her in anything. However, I am very interested in seeing Tony Revolori. I am a massive fan of The Grand Budapest Hotel, and Revolori displayed an incredible sense of comedic timing in that film. As such, I would be interested to see what he could bring to the world of Spider-Man

My name is James and I am a long time fan of Movies, TV and Comics. I am currently a student, wrapping up my education at Aberystwyth University. I have an undergraduate degree in film and television and I’m working on my Masters in scriptwriting. My personal favourite comic character is the Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), and I view the film adaptation as one of the most horrifying experiences I have had in a movie theatre. As far as film and television go, I am usually willing to give any genre a try, as long as the project is well executed.
