November 14th, 2014 by Marc Comments

The latest  Batman V Superman leaks online show the build up to the death of Thomas and Martha Wayne in what has to be one the most famous superhero origins of all as retold in Zack Snyder’s upcoming movie.

Instagram user Danimalish has posted pics and videos of the night that made a hero…

Interestingly, Variety and Darkhorizons are saying that the scene was filmed in Imax as other parts of the movie were. So it looks like the Waynes will really die in style this time…

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was written by Chris Terrio, from a screenplay by David S. Goyer. Zack Snyder is directing.

The cast includes Man of Steel’s Henry Cavill reprising his role as Superman in the film, Ben Affleck is Bruce Wayne/Batman, Gal Gadot is Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Jesse Eisenberg is Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons is Alfred Pennyworth, Ray Fisher is Victor Stone/Cyborg, and Jason Momoa is Aquaman and rumored to appear. Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane will also reprise their roles in the sequel. Holly Hunter, Callan Mulvey, Tao Okamoto and Scoot McNairy have unknown roles.

It is scheduled to hit theaters in the US on March 25th, 2016.

And the video below seems to show Thomas, Martha and Bruce being approached by who we have to assume is Joe Chill.

The rest, as that say, is history…

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
