We haven’t had one of these in a while, but here’s an all-new Star Wars Round-up!
On today’s round-up we have new aliens, a new game and an old game’s return plus details on a planet or two from Rogue One….
Ok, let’s get the ball rolling…
Firstly, the guys at StarWarsEpisodeSevenNews have an image of a new alien pilot from The Force Awakens. The alien is just being called Bullhead for now and we have posted the image here, along with some early concept art that seems to be him and, if you look closely, you’ll see he’s wearing the same suit as Oscar Isaac’s Poe Dameron, leading us to believe he is part of the same squadron. (continues after pic)
Next up is a really cool Star Wars game concept that we hope sees the light of day. You’ve heard of the Oculus Rift, right? Well, here’s what Star Wars might look like on it… (continues after video and pic)

Next up, it looks like the holographic chess (above) might be making a very old school return to The Force Awakens. I09 chatted to Mythbusters’ Adam Savage about his upcoming Star Wars Special and he chatted about what he saw when he visited the set of The Force Awakens… and it seems he’s talking about the coolest game in the galaxy!
Oh nd here’s some pretty cool point-of-sale artwork that we can expect to see in shops very, very soon courtesy of Making Star Wars
And finally…
The Tweet below is from the set of Star Wars Anthology: Rogue One and it’s somewhere we know well:

Confused? Well, this is how we know it better:
That look familiar? It’s the Massassi Temple on Yavin IV in Star Wars: Episode IV: A New Hope, so it looks like Rogue One will be coming home, which makes sense since we know the story will be about a team of Rebels who steal the Death Star plans that eventually end up on Yavin IV. But it’s still very cool. Check out StarWarsUnderworld for more images.
Oh, one other detail, the MakingStarWars folk are reporting that Moisture Vaporators have been spotted on the set too… that’s these things that we’ve previously seen on Tatooine in A New Hope, Attack Of The Clones and The Phantom Menace.
Are we returning there or perhaps another desert planet? Hmmmmmm… (the ones below are from Episode I, just to be clear…)
