This is so big we toyed with not running it…

We’re serious here, this could potentially ruin the movie for you, guys, so don’t go beyond unless you are completely sure.

Really sure?

Don’t blame us if this ruins the movie, ok?

Last warning…

Ok, on your own head be it…

According to the guys over at Making Star Wars they have it on very good authority that one of the biggest characters in the Star wars universe die in the movie. And, we assure you, there’ll be tears…

They claim that the following is a description of a scene that has been verify as filmed and in the can at Pinewood.

If you’re ready then simply highlight the text below to read it…. (sneaky, right?)

This sequence takes place on the ramparts of The Evil Castle.
Han Solo is hiding.
He decides to reveal himself to Kylo Renn.
Finn, Rey, Chewbacca and BB-8 stop in their tracks.
They watch as Han Solo confronts Kylo Ren. Kylo Rnn silences the conversation forever.
Chewbacca lets out of a barrage of angry roars and laser blasts.
Kylo Ren flees the scene.
Stormtroopers file in and Finn and Rey are forced to flee.
More explosions.
BB-8 and Chewbacca flee to the Falcon.
Han Solo is never in a scene after this. Those are the facts.

This does, in fairness ring true, given what we have heard so far and how Ford feels about Solo. It also echoes back to Obi-Wan’s demise in A New Hope.

That said, I for one am not looking forward to seeing it happen… if it is true, of course. #ManTears

That’s the end of the highlighting area, folks….

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
