See, when we first heard about Dundee: The Son of A Legend Returns Home we thought it might be a wind-up (here).
Then when the second trailer landed and featured not just Danny McBride as Crocodile Dundee’s son, but also Chris Hemsworth (here) our suspicions both depended and also believed it was all true a bit more too (we were conflicted, ok?).
It seems however that we’ve all been had as The Brisbane Times has revealed that it isn’t a movie at all but rather “an advertising campaign by Tourism Australia, which will include a commercial that will air during the Super Bowl.”
Weird thing is that now we know the truth, we can’t help but feel a little disappointed.
