So… for the last few weeks fans of Zack Snyder (of which I am very firmly one) have started a campaign to try to get the Snyder Cut of Justice League released.
They have been calling Warner Bros to try to get news of the movie and its (possible) release. They have also been posting videos on twitter of fans all over the world imploring Warners to release the movie.
It’s a wonderful campaign and it’s been done very sweetly without any nastiness or aggression… these are good-natured fans who just want to see the Justice League movie they (we) feel was deserved.
But now a twitter fan page has posted a video of them calling Warners and the voice on the phone seemingly confirms that contract negotiations are taking place and when there’s news it will be revealed in the trades.
Now, this is by no means official confirmation but if the call is genuine – and I’ve no reason to believe otherwise – then Warner Bros are aware of the fan desire for the movie and it sounds like they are trying to negotiate with Snyder.
Have a listen and see what you think. But I believe firmly – as I have for a while – that Zack Snyder’s Justice League movie WILL see light of day soon and I’ll be picking that up on the first day.
